I made this beautiful cake is last weekend, the lovely couple have been together for over ten years before tying the knot in a lovely beach wedding followed by dancing, music and karaoke until the wee hours of the morning. I guess a decade of being together is worth celebrating to the max!
The bride wanted an off white cake adorned with white roses and greenery. I choose the scolloped frosting technique, its so elegant and simple.
The bottom layer was vanilla with a mixed berry compote, the second tier was espresso chocolate with dark chocolate ganache.
